These are FOXLINK 2500mAh Modem Battery Packs. Great for harvesting 18650 cells as they typically have very low cycles. They typically contain x3 LG LGABB41865 cells, LG LGDBB31865 or MOLICELL ICR18650H cells.
To harvest the cells you have to crack the packs open and extract the cells, cut and clean the nickel interconnects using snips. Once the cells are out and clean you will need to test them using a charger like this.
