Brand new high-discharge 48v 16S busbar PCBs! These beefy busbars PCBs are perfect for turning x16 LEV60F lithium-iron-phosphate (LiFePO4) cells in series into a compact and powerful 48v 74Ah 600A battery. Great for high current applications, such as Bad Boy Buggies and UTVs. This listing is for the PCB busbars only. LEV60F cells sold separately HERE. These cells need containment/compression, the compression kit is available HERE.

Final 16S pack dimensions:  17.5″ L x 13.5″ W x 6″ H.
LEV60 Terminal torque: 9Nm +/- 3 / 6.64ft-lb

Seventeen PCB spacers (14x of the 54mm, 1x of the 43mm short, 2x round singles) are required to prevent shorts, included in this kit! Plz see the diagram below for more details:
